SW4 Festival

I apologise for such a belated post, but I wanted to share with you some snaps from SW4 festival in August and show you what I wore. I find it hard when shopping for a good festival dress because I’m quite picky about what I like. It can’t have sleeves because I find it too uncomfortable to dance in, it can’t be too long in case of a mud situation and the material has to be light and airy for the heat. Men have it easy, throw on a pair of shorts and top and they’re good to go, they don’t realise what us girls have to think about when buying an outfit!

When I found this little number from ASOS that ticked all the boxes, it soon became my new favourite little dress (it’s still available now so snap it up to wear next year!)

SW4 festival was brilliant. I almost didn’t make it though as I had been out the night before for a charity comedy night and drank one too many vodkas. Let’s just say I was supposed to catch a train with the girls at midday and I was still in bed with the worst headache of my life! I eventually pulled myself together and after having something to eat from one of the food stalls and a good hair of the dog, I was back to normal! My highlights were Eric Prydz’s set and being on my friend’s shoulders watching Deadmau5’s closing set on the main stage.

Roll on next year!
