Over the last 6 months, I’ve noticed a change in my workwear wardrobe. I’ve stepped out of my comfort zone slightly by introducing different colour palettes and exploring styles that I wouldn’t necessarily have considered for the office previously.

What I found myself beginning to forget is that workwear is constantly evolving and accepting of individual style and fashion. No longer are there strict rules set in place for women when it comes to what we wear in the office. I talk more about the evolution of workwear in an article I previously wrote for the Huffington Post which you can read here if you fancy!

I love incorporating trends into my outfits for work. I personally like to look for classic pieces which have a subtle nod to the trends for the season ahead, like this River Island dress! Polka dots and florals – who would have thought? But somehow they work perfectly together and will put you ahead of the game for Spring/Summer 2018. Stripes, dots, tartan, gingham, anything goes. Have fun and mix them up!
